Join us for tea, toast, cake, chat, prayer and Bible teaching for everyday life. Our aim for the group is to support students during their time at University so that they would be “rooted and built up in Christ” (Colossians 2:6-7).

International Students
Students
International students are welcome at all of our meetings and we also run special events for international students during the academic year. These give you the opportunity to meet British people, experience British culture, or learn about Christianity.
Each September we run international food, games and music evenings to welcome new students. Throughout the year we also have occasional events based on British cultural events or seasonal themes.
We also offer short ‘Christianity Explained’ courses for students who would like to find out more about Jesus Christ and the Bible.
Women at Wycliffe
Women
Women at Wycliffe is an opportunity for the ladies of the church to meet to encourage one another, especially in the matter of living out their faith, and to hold evangelistic events to which they can invite their non-Christian friends. Women at Wycliffe meets approximately six times a year. It is coordinated by a small group of lady members of the church.
Upcoming meetings will be indicated on the events calendar.

In Mind

This is an informal and relaxed drop-in for those of all ages who would appreciate friendship, support and encouragement. It is especially for those who experience loneliness, exclusion, troubled thoughts, anxiety or who struggle with social interaction.
Currently we meet on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. at Hickmott Road.
We provide a coffee bar, opportunity to talk, a library of useful resources, a quiet room, and a range of optional activities.
At 4 p.m. we have ‘Pause for Thought’ which is a short Bible reading on a helpful theme.
No charge is made for this activity and the refreshments are free.
Tuesday Club
Seniors
Senior citizens and their friends are welcome on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, from 2.30 to 4 p.m. Tuesday Club is held in the lower hall of the church building on Hickmott Road with stairlift access.
The meeting begins with drinks and chat and a light-hearted quiz, before we sing, pray, hear a Bible reading and listen to a short Christian message. Following this, afternoon tea is served: a good chance to discuss the message or catch up with friends. There are usually between 20 and 30 in attendance, and the group loves welcoming newcomers.
